Welcome to Polished Arrows International (PAI), the official website of the In Search of Purpose…En Route to Destiny discipleship program and of R. Chené Tucker.

The passionate pursuit of Jesus Christ is at its core the very heart and mission of our ministry. We believe that the message Jesus has commissioned us with is not only one of bringing the good news of His Gospel to every human heart, but also one of raising up and establishing “living legacies” for Jesus Christ in the earth. This is done through the making of “polished arrows” or “Spirit-led disciples.”

In every generation, God always has a people. Through men and women who have made it their aim and mission to know and love God, godly legacies are established, destinies are fulfilled, and generations are impacted for Jesus Christ. Such single-hearted devotion to God is in essence the goal of “targeted living” and it is from this foundation in the life of every believer that godly dreams and visions are fulfilled.

For such a time as this, God is strategically raising up a generation of men and women, both young and old, who have set their sights toward the heart of God. It is to this generation, and those whom God is drawing, that PAI is called. Through teaching, equipping, prophetic impartation, and solid Biblical discipleship training, Polished Arrows is committed not only to impacting individuals, leaders, and churches, but also cities, regions, and nations.
