As discipleship was foundational in the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ, Polished Arrows International (PAI) seeks to empower pastors and Christian leaders with practical discipleship tools for their churches, schools, ministry outreaches, and organizations.

Our fourteen-week discipleship series, In Search of Purpose…En Route to Destiny, (See “Purpose and Destiny Program” for information about course) is offered in two separate tracks for both men and women and is available on DVD. Through a two-and-a-half-day training seminar, pastors and Christian leaders will be certified to implement this program in their churches and ministries. 

Led by Polished Arrows staff and volunteers, these life-impacting seminars train and educate leaders in the areas of “servant-leadership,” the lifestyle of prayer and consecration in the lives of leaders, the biblical use of prophetic ministry and the administering of deliverance, and the roles of mentoring and discipleship. During each seminar, leaders are challenged to deepen their personal intimacy with Jesus Christ and to expand both their personal and corporate vision of intercessory prayer as a means to effective ministry.
